Responsibilities
Assist students with special needs with their academic, social, and emotional needs in the classroom setting.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the classroom teacher.
Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans and behavior plans.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
Communicate with parents and other members of the educational team regarding student progress and needs.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will provide support to students with special needs in a classroom setting. Starting hourly salary is $20.42; commensurate with experience and education.
