Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming inquiries from medical professionals, field sales personnel, and external service providers independently and completely by telephone and email within the defined scope of authority.
  • Find solutions to the concerns of these stakeholder groups independently and coordinate with relevant people when necessary.
  • Provide Dexcom field sales personnel and cooperating partners with demonstration materials to support their daily work.
  • Process initial deliveries to cooperating partners and other business exceptions to standard processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes in cooperation with other departments and act as an interface for information transfer and exchange.
  • Proactively contact customers to address potential questions and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

DexCom's Q2 revenue climbs 13% to $1.31B, raises full-year guidance to $5.25B

DexCom Inc reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with worldwide revenue of $1.31 billion, up 13% year-over-year. US revenue reached $933 million (up 11%) whilst international revenue grew 19% to $375 million. Gross profit margin improved significantly to 64.1%, up from 60.1% in Q2 2025, driven by manufacturing efficiencies and the transition to the G7 15-day system. Operating income rose to $328.3 million, representing 25.1% of revenue. Net income increased 46% year-over-year to $269.1 million, or $0.70 per share. The company generated over $600 million in free cash flow in the first half of 2026, more than double the prior year period. DexCom raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $5.18 billion to $5.25 billion, representing 11%-13% growth. The company also increased gross margin guidance to approximately 64% and operating margin guidance to 23.5%-24%.

Dexcom raises annual revenue forecast to $5.25B on strong glucose monitor demand

Dexcom raised its full-year revenue forecast on Thursday, driven by strong demand for its continuous glucose monitors. The medical device maker now expects annual revenue between $5.18 billion and $5.25 billion, up from its previous range of $5.16 billion to $5.25 billion. The company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.31 billion, a 13% increase year-over-year, beating analyst estimates of $1.29 billion. Adjusted profit reached 70 cents per share, surpassing the 61-cent estimate. Rising awareness of diabetes care, improved insurance coverage, and consumer preference for finger-prick-free technology have boosted demand for continuous glucose monitors. Dexcom competes in this market alongside Medtronic and Abbott Laboratories. Following the announcement, Dexcom's shares rose over 4% in extended trading.

Dexcom G7 15 Day wins Health Canada approval as longest-lasting CGM with 15.5 days of wear

Dexcom has received Health Canada authorisation for its G7 15 Day Continuous Glucose Monitoring System for adults 18 and older with diabetes. The device provides real-time glucose readings for 15.5 days, making it the longest-lasting CGM system authorised by Health Canada. The system features an overall mean absolute relative difference of 8.0% and requires fewer sensor changes per month than previous models. It includes waterproof design, direct connectivity to Apple Watch, and a 12-hour grace period for sensor replacement. The product is not yet available for purchase. Dexcom Canada said it is focusing on ensuring healthcare providers and patients have proper support and education before launch. More than four million Canadians live with diabetes.
