Cuso International

International development organization advancing gender equality

Cuso International collaborates with partners to create economic and social opportunities for marginalized groups, with a focus on gender equality, social inclusion, economic resilience, and climate action. It achieves this by exchanging skills and placing skilled volunteers with local organizations in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Canada. Its model emphasizes partner-driven, capacity-building projects managed by a registered charity with a long history (since 1961), funded by governments and donors. The goal is to help communities become healthier, more resilient, and more economically secure through skills sharing and inclusive development.
