- An Associate degree or technical certification in the industry.
- Previous experience servicing windows and doors.
- Previous experience with exterior replacement products.
- At least 1 year of window or door installation or repair experience.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage overtime on service calls patiently without rushing the job.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions.
- Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently.
- Willingness to travel within the radius of Universal Windows Direct locations.
- Measure, install, and test products and provide customers with instructions on proper product usage.
- Travel to customers' homes or businesses to perform repairs and routine maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and provide accurate measurements of doors and windows.
- Provide timely, quality repairs of customers' products, including screen installation, sash replacement, glass replacement, hardware replacement, and seal repairs.
- Coordinate required return visits and convey needed services, materials, and labor.
- Perform post-installation inspections.
- Anticipate obstacles that could affect customer expectations, job costs, or code performance, and recommend solutions.
- Promote the company's services.
- Maintain technical and mechanical skills.

This partnership will also feature gameday activations throughout the season.
