Evotec shares fall 59.7% in a year as 2026 guidance cut and Q2 revenue drops to $162M

Evotec has cut its 2026 revenue and EBITDA guidance after partnership milestones slipped. Shareholders have lost 59.7% over the past year, including dividends. Second-quarter revenue fell to €143.479 million from €171.235 million a year earlier. Net margin weakened from -25.4% to -32.5% as the net loss deepened. The shares now trade at €2.81, against €6.87 at the start of the period. A bullish view puts fair value at €12, assuming 13.6% annual revenue growth and an 11.0% profit margin. A cautious view puts it near €6, assuming 4.2% growth and a 6.6% margin. The bullish case depends on Evotec carrying out its Horizon restructuring and shifting to a lighter, licensing-led model.
