Requirements
  • Direct professional experience managing and logging complex sales activities within a customer relationship management system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Generate 1,300,000 in annual recurring revenue through a disciplined and scientific approach to the sales process.
  • Execute a high-volume sales strategy by generating deals and maintaining pipeline coverage.
  • Conduct urgent outreach and qualification of target contacts, including cold prospects and current clients, to build a robust opportunity funnel.
  • Lead prospective clients through a comprehensive buying journey, including discovery, customized pitches, and win-win contract negotiations.
  • Complete a minimum of six contact attempts for every assigned lead within defined follow-up windows.
  • Maintain meticulous customer relationship management records, ensuring all deal details, influencer associations, and qualification notes are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide high-accuracy annual recurring revenue forecasts every two weeks, consistently targeting a precision rate above 90 percent.
  • Gather and report feedback on changing industry requirements to the product and partnerships teams.

The Lancaster-based compliance and licensing services provider received a majority growth investment from Bregal Sagemount in February 2026 and appointed Chad Nuss as chief executive officer. Industry veteran John Weber, former CEO of CT Corporation, joined the company's board of directors alongside partners from Bregal Sagemount. Founded in 2012, Harbor Compliance serves more than 40,000 customers nationwide with regulatory data, software and managed services. The company helps businesses and nonprofits manage registration rules, licensing categories and reporting obligations across different jurisdictions through a single interface.

Harbor Compliance, a technology and services firm providing regulatory compliance and licensing solutions, has received a majority growth investment from Bregal Sagemount. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2012, Harbor Compliance serves businesses and nonprofits across the US and in over 30 countries, offering entity management and compliance solutions. Pillsbury represented a co-founder of Harbor Compliance in the transaction. The deal team was led by M&A partner Adam Rachlis and Corporate Tax partner Josh Becker, with support from several other partners across mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation and intellectual property practices.
