Responsibilities

  • Manage sickness-related cases by entering and archiving work stoppages and protection files in clients’ internal tools, and responding to clients.
  • Prepare salary certificates using Net-Entreprises or the DSN.
  • Analyze discrepancies in IJSS between payroll and CPAM using the internal tool.
  • Contact CPAM regarding pending cases.
