About the job
- Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and the correct use of equipment.
- Previous experience working in the construction industry.
- A valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods and perform strenuous labor, often under adverse conditions.
- Ability to enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to report to work reliably and on time each working day.
- Travel to residential or commercial buildings to install equipment, troubleshoot assigned work, test equipment, and clean up jobs upon completion.
- Perform general construction labor, including digging, backfilling trenches, and site cleanup.
- Assist with installing products and services under supervision.
- Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials weighing up to 50 pounds to and from job sites.
- Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Follow instructions and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
- Build positive relationships and support team goals.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity and uphold the company's reputation.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
