Requirements
  • Fluency in English, including very good written and spoken command.
  • Entitlement to work in the European Union.
  • A Master of Law, JD, or LLM from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Legal Department of a major international company.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Ability to use digital tools effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized approach with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
Responsibilities
  • Independently draft, review, negotiate, and provide guidance on new hotel agreements, amendments, notices, letters, and related documents at corporate, regional, and hotel levels.
  • Report significant deviations from company policies and standards to Radisson Hotel Group leadership teams for approval.
  • Oversee the contract repository by uploading, updating, and maintaining contractual details, amendments, and owner or licensee information.
  • Track contract statuses, including construction milestones and expiration dates.
  • Provide legal advice and project support to European regional teams and guide operational and commercial teams at regional and central levels.
  • Advise on regional commercial initiatives, support debt recovery with Operations and Finance, prepare legal or breach notices, and assist Operations with owner settlements.
  • Conduct legal research and evaluate advice from local attorneys where appropriate.
  • Manage and coordinate external counsel for potential disputes, tax matters, and other operational issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain legal policies, templates, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in legal transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and enable continuous improvement.
  • Support corporate matters for subsidiaries and local branches, including entity establishment or liquidation, board and shareholder meetings, resolutions, and powers of attorney.
  • Manage corporate secretarial relationships and ensure statutory compliance and required filings.
  • Coordinate with the global Legal department on privacy, competition law, international trade regulations, and trademark rights and registrations.
  • Provide additional legal support based on company needs.
