About the job
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays, which are the busiest times.
- Arrive at work promptly and on time.
- Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations.
- Maintain order in parking lots.
- Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort.
- Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the immediate supervisor.
- Greet guests and answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area.
- Help load and unload gear, skis, snowboards, and luggage to cars and shuttles.
