- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

- Demonstrated ability to build and automate with artificial intelligence tools.
- Expert Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including comfort with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data.
- Ability to work in the office five to six days per week in Rincon Hill, San Francisco, with travel as needed.
- Support senior leadership, including the chief executive officer and executive team, in developing and executing business strategies.
- Assist with setting organizational goals, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and departments such as human resources, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Oversee and manage key business projects from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide high-level operational support to the executive team, including preparing presentations and reports and ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance operational performance across teams.
- Streamline internal processes to support business growth and scalability.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators to assess business performance.
- Regularly report insights to the leadership team and recommend actionable steps based on data-driven analysis.
- Proactively identify business challenges and operational bottlenecks.
- Work directly with leadership to find solutions and implement changes that improve overall business performance.
- Foster alignment between departments and the executive team by ensuring organizational priorities are clearly communicated and executed at every level.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and initiatives to drive focus and collaboration.
