Responsibilities
- Provide a concierge-level sales experience to every guest.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Genesis lineup, features, and competitive advantages.
- Manage leads through the customer relationship management system, phone, text, and showroom traffic.
- Present pricing, structure deals, and collaborate with management to close sales.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
- Represent the Genesis brand with professionalism and confidence.
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive or luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
