- At least 3 years of work experience in a corporate setting, or 5 or more years of work experience for the higher progression level.
- A four-year degree; the higher progression level requires a four-year degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
- Analytical skills and statistical analysis expertise.
- Experience as a leader of project teams and project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and lines of business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- For the higher progression level, proficiency in Microsoft Visio, SPS software, and Agile is required.
- ASQ certification is required for the higher progression level.
- Provide hands-on assistance for implementation and ongoing utilization of Quality Management System elements, including corrective actions, supplier quality management, customer complaints, change control, audit processes, standard procedures, test methods, and process controls.
- Ensure Business Unit systems are aligned with corporate standards through continual reviews and oversight.
- Maintain standard scorecards and reports for corporate quality, including Net Promoter Score, SSD, Corrective Action Requests, Supplier Corrective Action Requests, and change control processes.
- Assist with identifying trends and preparing reports that support leadership decision-making.
- Provide advice and expertise on new system rollouts across the company, including Agile, Oracle E-Business Suite, and customer relationship management systems.
- Provide support to Business Unit quality leaders in applying and implementing quality systems.
- Ensure quality-system elements are successfully implemented across the organization and comply with applicable international quality-system requirements.
