Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume call environment.
  • Connect with prospective students by telephone, email, and online presentations to advise them on Bovard College programs and encourage well-qualified applicants to apply.
  • Use a consultative approach to guide students through the decision-making process.
  • Provide student-centered service to applicants and prospective applicants.
  • Drive application completion by following up with applicants and admissions coordinators.
  • Achieve performance goals for each term by maintaining targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admission process consistently.
  • Stay current on programmatic and field-related information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
