About the company

PayZen provides payment solutions for healthcare providers to help patients afford medical care. It uses data analytics, AI, and machine learning to create personalized pay-over-time plans that are simple and transparent. All patients are approved for 0% interest, no-fee payment plans, making medical costs easier to manage and reducing care delays. The service is offered to hospitals and clinics as a platform that integrates into their billing and patient payments, aiming to increase providers’ collection rates and improve patient access to care. The business makes money by charging providers a fee for using the PayZen platform and services. The goal is to improve financial outcomes for both patients and providers by making healthcare payments more affordable and predictable.
