Requirements

Quad-C invests in Dane Street to expand medical examination services platform

Quad-C Management has invested in Dane Street, a national provider of Independent Medical Examination and Peer Review services serving over 300 clients in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2008 and based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Dane Street provides medical evaluation and review services to Workers' Compensation, Auto, Disability and Group Health insurance markets. Its clients include major insurance carriers, third-party administrators, health plans and law firms. The existing management team, led by CEO Greg Powers, will remain in place. Founder Will Fulton will join the board of directors and retain a significant shareholding. The partnership will enable Dane Street to accelerate growth through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Quad-C, founded in 1989, has invested $4.7 billion across 88 platform companies.
