The Company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Site Development expert. This role will lead the market analysis, site identification, and early-stage development activities to ensure new locations throughout New England and greater Boston, align with our core customer, brand strategy, and long-term growth objectives. COMPENSATION
The annual compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $175,000 - $225,000. Actual base salary and bonus will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location. Final compensation will be based upon the candidate’s overall experience and ability to meet the goals for the client. The Company is prepared to offer a competitive compensation package.
