Requirements
At least 2 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Figma.
A demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills.
Strong aesthetic judgment and understanding of visual design principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Support the Design Director and team in developing design applications and project deliverables.
Collaborate with the design team to execute assets within established timelines.
Create and refine graphic materials aligned with creative guidelines.
Assist in developing presentation decks and supporting materials.
Ensure all deliverables meet creative standards and project requirements.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams throughout project execution.
Develop event collateral and design concepts as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Agency background is a plus.
Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and web design.
The Graphic Designer works as part of the Design team to smart, well-crafted design work across a range of media. The role includes assisting in concept development and art direction, working systematically across applications, developing high-fidelity design work and mockups, and carrying ideas from concept through execution for both internal and client-facing work.
