Responsibilities
Support field operations for commercial construction, maintenance, renovation and repair, and light expansion projects.
Perform light framing, install interior and exterior finishes, conduct selective demolition, install doors and hardware, and complete general facility improvements.
Ensure work aligns with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site.
Interact directly with clients and provide field-driven solutions to budget and scope of work for more complex assignments.
Support continuous improvement in project execution.
As our Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality and safe construction projects by supporting fast‑paced, detail‑focused field operations. In this role, you will demonstrate strong craftsmanship, adaptability, and effective coordination with project teams across a wide range of specialized commercial construction, maintenance, renovation/repair and light expansion projects.
You will perform a variety of carpentry and building tasks including light framing, installation of interior and exterior finishes, selective demolition, door and hardware installation, and general facility improvements. You will also help ensure that all work aligns with project plans, schedule, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, hazard‑free job site.
Experienced technicians may take on more complex scopes, interact directly with clients, provide field‑driven solutions to the budget and scope of work, and support continuous improvement in project execution.
