Guide stakeholders on the mandatory requirements for their training and certification.
Support the development, updating, and maintenance of course and training documentation, attendance records, instruction booklets, and materials to meet regulatory requirements.
Plan, organise, and schedule training sessions for operational requirements, including marshalling permits, towing permits, Safety Officers, and other permits and duties.
Ensure training records are kept up to date and certification renewals are processed in a timely manner.
