Responsibilities
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers

  • Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments
  • Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs
  • Ordering office suppplies
  • Accounts Receivable Receipting
  • Fleet Claims submissions and follow-up
  • Customer Service calls
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ADP is a plus
  • CDK experience preferred
  • 1-2 years experience preferred
