- Full-stack engineering experience and comfort coding across different languages and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks, including large language models, vision-language models, automatic speech recognition and text-to-speech, vector stores, orchestration, and evaluations.
- Pragmatism in making trade-offs among latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
- Ability to map complex customer workflows and deploy end-to-end custom builds.
- Strong communication skills to partner with Product, go-to-market, Design, and Marketing teams and interface directly with end users.
- High velocity and ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Build AI agents and AI workflows that enable tailored experiences for insurance use cases.
