Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, or consulting
  • 4 year bachelor degree required, preferably in a business or analytical focus
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated curiosity for learning about marketing strategy, measurement, and the media landscape
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Looker preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support planning, execution, and optimizations of acquisition marketing channels
  • Assist in planning of quarterly media channel budgets and weekly spend flighting
  • Help execute and manage the ongoing spend, operations, and performance of active campaigns
  • Monitor ongoing channel performance and optimize executions to maximize channel impact and meet CPA goals
  • Support strategy and planning of new channel launches as they arise
  • Own channel level reporting and analysis
  • Conduct analysis to shape new strategies and tactics
  • Assist with enhancing current strategy to enable further channel scale while improving ROAS performance
  • Assist in channel forecasting and performance projections across channels
  • Own weekly reporting of key performance metrics to track efficacy of channels, executions, and creative
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize channel performance
  • Own day-to-day relationships and communication with external agencies and vendors
  • Assist with managing agency relationships to maximize channel performance and ensure strong campaign results
  • Develop working relationship with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product, engineering, analytics, creative, brand, and finance
  • Effectively communicate channel analyses and results to relevant stakeholders
