Your Impact on our Mission
We’re building a world class marketing team at Zocdoc. In this role, you will help support the direction and growth of Zocdoc’s acquisition marketing channels. The individual will assist in the planning, execution, reporting, optimization and scaling of these channels to grow our patient base.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving performance and executions across a variety of marketing channels. The role will be heavily focused on podcast, social media and affiliate marketing. This individual will work closely across internal cross-functional teams as well as agency partners to achieve company objectives through campaign execution, optimizations, analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in marketing, analytics or consulting. This person is extremely action-oriented, has excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, and is naturally curious.

Your day to day is…
- Support planning, execution, and optimizations of acquisition marketing channels
- Assist in planning of quarterly media channel budgets and weekly spend flighting
- Help execute and manage the ongoing spend, operations, and performance of active campaigns
- Monitor ongoing channel performance and optimize executions to maximize channel impact and meet CPA goals
- Support strategy and planning of new channel launches as they arise
- Own channel level reporting and analysis
- Conduct analysis to shape new strategies and tactics
- Assist with enhancing current strategy to enable further channel scale while improving ROAS performance
- Assist in channel forecasting and performance projections across channels
- Own weekly reporting of key performance metrics to track efficacy of channels, executions, and creative
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize channel performance
- Own day-to-day relationships and communication with external agencies and vendors
- Assist with managing agency relationships to maximize channel performance and ensure strong campaign results
- Develop working relationship with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product, engineering, analytics, creative, brand and finance
- Effectively communicate channel analyses and results to relevant stakeholders
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, analytics or consulting
- 4 year bachelor degree required preferably in a business or analytical focus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize projects, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated curiosity for learning about marketing strategy, measurement and the media landscape
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Looker preferred

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
