Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in SaaS Customer Success with solid accounting fundamentals, or in finance or audit with customer relationship management and a commercial dimension.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, including the ability to reassure customers, structure interactions, and maintain perspective.
  • Assertiveness, with the ability to make clear recommendations, exercise diplomacy, and persuade stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a customer portfolio and developing ad hoc action plans.
  • Data analysis skills to derive insights and prioritize actions.
  • Project management skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders with rigor and autonomy.
  • Ability to speak English; proficiency is assessed according to the department.
  • Ability to prioritize high-business-impact actions in daily work.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily relationships with decision-makers and project teams at partner accounting firms.
  • Build and facilitate governance structures, including steering committees, adoption committees, review meetings, and local-relay communities.
  • Define and execute data-driven adoption plans for employees and customers.
  • Coordinate execution with internal Pennylane experts across Product, Support, Operations, and Sales.
  • Anticipate satisfaction, deployment, and adoption risks and implement remediation plans.
  • Contribute to registration and usage of the Pennylane application to centralize workflows.
  • Advise accounting firms on customer communication, activation, and training.
  • Help integrate electronic invoicing considerations into customer onboarding plans.
  • Monitor post-deployment execution and propose corrective actions.
  • Measure employee usage and identify improvement levers.
  • Implement action plans and manage their execution.
  • Maintain a relationship of trust, align expectations, and deliver value.
  • Deploy strategic annual or semiannual action plans with partners.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption progress, governance quality, local-relay autonomy, risk reduction, and retention improvement.
