About the job
- A degree from a university, Technological Educational Institute (TEI), or Vocational Training Institute (IEK).
- BoG Insurance Agent Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with insurance company pricing portals and Blue Byte software.
- Provide operational and administrative support for insurance activities, primarily in the Auto Insurance sector.
- Communicate with and support partners on insurance-related matters.
- Liaise with insurance companies and external partners.
- Enter and update customer and policy information in the insurance management systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and insurance documentation.
- Respond to customer and partner enquiries regarding policies, claims, and procedures.
- Ensure that all insurance documentation and related activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- At least two years of experience in an insurance company or insurance agency.
