Two years of experience with injection molding quality or production is required.
Candidates must be computer literate, proficient in blueprint reading, and have basic math skills.
Candidates must be knowledgeable about OSHA-related standards and follow safe work practices.
Candidates must be able to lift or move materials up to 25 pounds routinely and 35–45 pounds occasionally.
Candidates must be able to work the C shift from 11:15 p.m. to 7:45 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, and work overtime, including weekends, when required.
Candidates must demonstrate good time management, excellent attendance, high energy and motivation, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to work with diverse individuals.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret instructions, specifications, and blueprints for inspecting plastic molded parts.
Use measuring equipment, including height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and comparators, to check and inspect materials and production parts in process and finished form.
Sort and inspect production parts as required.
Perform in-process and final production audits.
Assist in training operators on quality systems and expectations.
Organize and maintain production inspection areas.
Maintain responsibility for ISO procedures, reporting requirements, and work instructions related to the position, including computer usage as needed.

Sort and inspect production parts as required. Perform in-process and final audits for production.
Assist in training operators in quality systems and expectations.
Organize and maintain production inspection areas.
Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
Must possess safe work practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA related standards.

Normal work hours for C shift 11:15 pm to 7:45 am (Sunday night to Friday morning). Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, when required.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required. Related technical coursework is preferable.
Computer literate.
Proficient blue print reading.
