- Plan, manage, and coordinate continuing-education processes and ensure reliable organization.
- Continuously review and adapt the continuing-education program to current professional, legal, and educational developments.
- Advise and support continuing-education participants throughout the qualification process.
- Work closely with other education areas of the education center, responsible leaders, and internal and external cooperation partners.
- Ensure and further develop high teaching and learning quality while considering pedagogical, organizational, and economic requirements.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction, workshops, practical training support, and other educational formats.
- Help shape a modern continuing-education culture and develop and test contemporary, digitally supported teaching and learning concepts in coordination with the directorate.
- Experience in adult education, continuing education, or professional development.
- Interest in further developing educational offerings and openness to new pedagogical and digital approaches.
