- Two to five years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
- Ability to use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and strategically and identify opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing small and medium-sized enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Develop a deep understanding of Hive’s product, other health plans, and processes in the market.
- Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure Hive continues to provide competitive offerings.
- Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
- Assist with brand-building initiatives and networking activities.
- Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver a strong user experience.
