- A complete curriculum vitae showing the duration of experience in each sector, diplomas, identification, a recent criminal-record extract, professional-order permit, current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, and availability details must be submitted.
- Experience with sleep screening and pulmonary function testing is an asset for the Havre-Saint-Pierre assignment.
