Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of market research principles preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support.
  • Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritize independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
  • Manage requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and escalate to manager as needed
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
  • Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers as needed
  • Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research
  • Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
  • Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
  • Support data compilation and analysis for Client Presentations and collaborate with the Account Manager on data-driven storytelling.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and time management ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit passion, curiosity and energy in supporting your internal Account Managers and the clients in making their iSpot experience positive and memorable
  • Demonstrate interest in advancing your career to owning your own portfolio of accounts in the future
