Requirements
  • 5-7 years in Learning & Organizational Development or HR-related field, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, Psychology, Education, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and coaching.
  • Experience with Kirkpatrick’s Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and ADDIE instructional design model.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and multimedia training platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to enhance employee performance and career growth.
  • Identify and integrate best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize the ADDIE model to design, develop, and evaluate training programs.
  • Apply Kirkpatrick’s Model and Bloom’s Taxonomy to measure training effectiveness and ensure learning objectives are met.
  • Design and develop learning activities, instructor guides, and lesson plans for employees at all levels.
  • Create and implement leadership development initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through data-driven assessments and employee feedback.
  • Act as an advisor to management, providing guidance on performance and leadership development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop leaders through coaching and training programs.
  • Present training content effectively to all levels of employees, from entry-level to executive leadership.
  • Use Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation to assess program impact.
  • Measure and analyze training outcomes, adjusting programs accordingly.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
