Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with HRIS, performance management tools, employee engagement tools
  • Good prioritization skills, ability to pivot and shift gears if project priorities change
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on people related issues and policies across the company
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives
  • Act as a coach and advocate for our employees
  • Conduct regular checkins with new hires and managers throughout the onboarding experience
  • Take a true hands-on approach with our People Operations team, including the day-to-day tasks, as well as project-oriented responsibilities - Day to day tasks may include assistance with benefits, open enrollment, payroll preparation
  • Have the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Work with People Operations to help manage succession management and calibration sessions with leaders throughout the organization
  • Partner with People Operations to manage total rewards strategy inclusive of compensation, benefits, and perks
  • Have a passion for innovative People Operations solutions and process improvement
  • Help to implement People Operations scorecards and metrics for the function
  • Communicate People Operations policy and change to all levels in the company and support business initiatives and change
  • Ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations globally
  • Must be available to be in the office 3 days/week
