  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including day shifts, is required.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to residents.
  • Assess residents' health and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Administer treatments and provide clinical follow-up for residents.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, appropriate care.
  • Support residents and communicate with their family members.
  • Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in SPA-RI, home care, or a geriatric setting is an asset.
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
