Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field
  • 5-8+ years of experience working with Amazon (e.g., brand side, agency, Amazon)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising on Amazon, including search and DSP - must have experience buying and deploying spend on platform
  • Amazon Advertising certified
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics capabilities
  • Must be a poised, professional communicator
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets to build clear dashboards
Responsibilities
  • Support buildout of our comprehensive Marketplace strategy and plan across marketing & advertising, merchandising and assortment
  • Ideate, prioritize, and manage execution of key initiatives to deliver against KPIs
  • Help provide day-to-day oversight of our vendors to ensure growth and efficiency goals are met
  • Support creation and execution of strategic plans for major events like Prime Day
  • Support team with financial support, including buildout of performance dashboards
  • Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders and vendors
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed to help with execution
