Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading testing for complex cross-functional technical projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing test cases using automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.) and executing them in CI/CD pipelines.
  • 4+ years of writing and executing test plans, documenting test results, and tracking issue resolution in tools such as Jira, TestRail, etc.
  • Experience with testing EHR-integrated platforms or products (Epic or Cerner preferred).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with clinicians to align on workflow and product quality expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Clinical AI/ML product quality: Partner with the product subject matter experts (SME) to define test requirements, create and execute test plans, both manual and automated, to ensure our products meet clinical workflow expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Test automation: Build the framework and tooling to automatically run tests and verification efficiently that will enable us to accelerate our product development and integration.
  • Streamlining client integration testing: Consolidate and simplify integrated testing with our enterprise health system clients to reduce manual testing effort.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, clinicians, regulatory, data scientists, and other software engineers to drive alignment on quality at the company level and deliver impactful technology that saves lives.

  • Experience with software processes compliant to IEC 62304/IEC 82304.
  • Experience with managing releases to ensure high quality products for enterprise customers.
  • Experience handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a startup.
