About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in adult mental health, adult general social services, and psychosocial intake in a CLSC (AAOR).
  • Knowledge of ICLSC.
  • Proficiency with DCI.
  • Experience in crisis intervention.
  • Ability to assess suicide risk.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A vehicle is required.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome, assess, and direct clients according to their psychosocial needs.
  • Provide psychosocial interventions to adult clients.
  • Follow up with users of mental health and general social services.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and assess suicide risk.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and network partners.
  • Write progress notes and maintain records in the DCI.
  • Participate in intervention plans and refer clients to appropriate resources.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients and their families.
