Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Deliver revenue, net income, deposits, market share, awards, voice of the client (VOC) and voice of the employee (VOE) survey excellence, meeting or exceeding annual targets.
- Lead, coach and develop team of two product management professionals, inspiring them to achieve stellar results and attracting and retaining superior talent.
- Collaborate with Controls and Risk Management team to stay on top of risk and regulatory topics, ensure robust controls and to manage periodic audits.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Review presentation and take active role in presenting to senior management.
- Direct management of US CCB Product Management resources for Deposits & Cash Concentration.
- Senior US point of escalation for Global Liquidity & Cash Concentration (GLCC) products.
- Work with Cluster Product Managers to manage customer deposit, overdraft and fee pricing and processes to maximize revenue and reserves.
- Manage initiatives to lead annual review and update of US Product Approval Program (PAP) addenda and capability grid.
- Work with NAM Solution Specialists and Coverage to manage launch of new products through training, marketing materials & client welcome kits.
Core Account Platform Migration partnership:
- Collaborate with product and sales partners to establish plans and to migrate CCB clients to the new Services account platform.
- Complete CCB product deep dives and ensure development needs are identified across all liquidity products, and serve as a key senior stakeholder and decisionmaker in the CCB US platform migration effort.
- Ensure impact and client experience is improved and maintained though migration efforts.
Product Development:
- Determine and partner to execute three year strategy for NAM LMS business along four pillars of Digitization, Analytics, Deposits & Investments transformation and Global Liquidity network.
- Partner with global product development to build new capabilities for NAM market, and optimize and digitize existing products and processes, enhancing client and employee experience, working alongside Global LMS and other Core Cash Product teams.
- Ensure interest rate implementation controls are enhanced to prevent adjustments and operational risk events (OREs.)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- Product management experience; familiarity with deposit and cash concentration products
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork and collaboration
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization
- Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve issues
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Highly organized and responsive
- Strong project management and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, MBA degree preferred
