Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management and the Oracle Primavera suite.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Project Portfolio Management functional configuration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle technical administration, including WebLogic and SQL.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis.
  • Expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management architecture and governance.
  • Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management configuration tools, Extensible Markup Language, and scripting.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, application programming interface development, and data mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL, extract-transform-load tools, and data validation.
  • Experience in large-scale data migration projects.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management processes and portfolio analytics.
  • Functional and technical Oracle Project Portfolio Management knowledge and integration experience.
  • Strong leadership, client engagement, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Instructional design and training delivery experience.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Knowledge of audit processes, Oracle security, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and design portfolio structures.
  • Map client processes to Oracle Project Portfolio Management capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Configure functional workflows, portfolio hierarchies, and dashboards.
  • Customize Oracle Project Portfolio Management settings and manage security roles.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Project Portfolio Management environments.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain application programming interfaces and middleware solutions.
  • Ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
  • Integrate Oracle Project Portfolio Management with Oracle P6, Unifier, enterprise resource planning systems, EcoSys, and Sage.
  • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Project Portfolio Management.
  • Validate and reconcile migrated data, develop extract-transform-load scripts, and manage data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and reports using Oracle Project Portfolio Management and business intelligence tools.
  • Optimize reporting for performance and usability.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops.
  • Support user adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing user support and documentation.
  • Ensure portfolio governance and audit configurations.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Monitor security and risk management processes.
