About the company

Boon is a SaaS platform for commercial fleets that automates workflows to boost profitability. It connects with existing systems like transportation management systems (TMS), electronic logging devices (ELDs), and payroll platforms, so fleets can adopt it with little disruption. The system uses large language models and transportation data to handle tasks such as data entry, document processing, and driver communications. It finds profitable loads, selects the best headhauls and backhauls, optimizes load choices, and provides real-time alerts. It also helps manage driver logs by spotting missing information and sending automated notifications, and it can recommend fuel stations to cut costs. Boon targets fleet operators and aims to double efficiency and profitability by reducing operating expenses and fully automating workflows.

Boon AI launches estimator that cuts three-week construction bids to seven minutes

Boon AI has opened early access to Boon Agent, an AI estimator for construction that completes work typically taking three weeks in an afternoon. The tool handles the entire bidding process — triaging bids, reviewing specifications, identifying drawing conflicts, running quantity takeoffs, generating trade requests for quotes, and levelling subcontractor bids. In one project, work requiring roughly three weeks was completed in seven minutes. The system cross-references plans and specifications to catch conflicts, remembers project details, and monitors planrooms for updates while working autonomously. "Estimating is the only seat in construction where we still expect one person to hold the entire project in their head," said Deepti, founder and CEO of Boon AI. The tool serves subcontractors, general contractors, and civil teams. Early access requires only an email, with no procurement cycle needed.
