Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing the degree.
  • Previous administrative experience in human resources is a plus.
  • Familiarity with human resources information systems; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for core human resources processes, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Lead recruitment activities and employer branding by contributing to recruitment strategies, screening and sourcing candidates, and coordinating the selection process.
  • Support payroll administration by providing personnel and change data accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee files in the Workday human resources information system.
  • Manage and coordinate sickness absence and reintegration processes in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute human resources reports, support audits, and keep personnel files up to date.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling questions and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team in complying with labor laws and collective labor agreements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
