  • Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Proficient in the use of Cadence OrCAD PCB (preferred) or Altium Designer design software
  • Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electronic schematics
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • You will focus on new product development for a broad range of electrical products.
  • You are responsible for bringing products from the conceptual phase, through design, prototype, qualification, and into production, following a phase gate development process.
  • You will be expected to work and collaborate with global teams encompassing mechanical engineering, software engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, and quality.
  • You will perform root cause analysis of any electrical product failures, propose corrective actions, and concisely document your findings.
  • You will develop electrical test plans and perform testing to ensure that the new products are sound in design and thoroughly tested.
