A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or in a similar role is required.
Experience with SQL and databases is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required.
The ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders is required.
The ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
The ability to turn insights into action is required.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to influence subdomain roadmaps and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Manage a team of data analysts, ensure smooth integration of new members, and support their professional development.
Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence, promoting best practices in advanced analytics and measurement.
Ensure project visibility and value creation, influence adoption of correct metrics and strategies, and build trust with stakeholders.
Summarize data, interpret analytical results, and translate findings into actionable insights for internal partners and management.
Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business trends.
Create predictive analytics models to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply them to improve processes.
Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What You’ll Bring
