- Confirmed experience managing industrial or maintenance contracts.
- Strong expertise in naval propulsion systems, including diesel engines, shaft lines, and generator sets.
- Multidisciplinary skills in mechanics, electricity, boiler-making, automation, and instrumentation.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage activities in a demanding environment.
- Technical and professional English proficiency.
- Monitor maintenance activities for National Navy vessels stationed in Martinique.
- Manage the local office, including team coordination, activity organization, and reporting.
- Manage contractual relationships by monitoring client satisfaction, meeting commitments, managing documentation, and facilitating meetings.
- Ensure contract performance in quality, cost, and schedule.
- Monitor vessel operational availability and anticipate technical needs.
- Organize and coordinate technical shutdowns, including planning, defining work, and estimating costs.
- Analyze failures and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, including test programs, reports, and intervention files.
- Prepare price proposals for corrective work.
- Travel occasionally to mainland France, French Guiana, and aboard ships during port calls.
- Knowledge of the National Navy's operations and public procurement.
