Huawei, Hillhouse back spatial intelligence startup Yitai Technology in $14M+ seed and angel rounds

Chinese startup Yitai Technology, which builds spatial intelligence infrastructure around a "physical space engine," has raised more than 100 million yuan across seed and angel rounds, according to 36Kr's Chinese tech outlet Hardkr. Industrial backers include Huawei's Hubble, Jialichuang, AgiBot, Zhongke Fifth Era and iSoftStone. Financial investors include Hillhouse, Shenzhen High-Tech Investment, Shanghai Semiconductor, Neuron VC and others. Founded in December 2025, the company turns real-world space into computable, reusable digital assets for robotics, world models, manufacturing, gaming and other sectors. Chief executive officer Yang Yeqing is a former HTC VIVE executive. The company first focuses on human hand-interaction data, which it says it captures with sub-millimetre precision.
