Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous property management experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
  • Experience with industry software such as YARDI or E Site is required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • The candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the community's financial operations, including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits, and preparing financial reports.
  • Review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment.
  • Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, and implement procedures for collecting delinquencies.
  • Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
  • Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident requests have been completed.
  • Generate interest in the community by promoting its unique features and benefits and highlighting its competitive differentiators.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assisting with resolution.
  • Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
Desired Qualifications
  • A college degree is a plus.
