Driver / Data Collector
About the job
- The candidate must hold a valid European Union-issued driver’s license.
- The candidate must have a clean criminal and driving record background check.
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of driving experience.
- The candidate must have professional driving experience, such as taxi, delivery, or logistics experience.
- The candidate must be proficient in English and the local language.
- The candidate must be able to use Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
- The candidate must have basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
- The candidate should be familiar with the area of operations.
- Drive vehicles equipped with removable 360-degree cameras and lidar systems to collect street, key point-of-interest, and public-space imagery.
- Follow pre-assigned routes covering public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest.
- Capture comprehensive images of the surroundings using the vehicle-mounted equipment.
- Store captured data on onboard computers and solid-state drives.
- Revisit designated areas when favorable weather conditions are needed to achieve image-quality standards.
- Complete the safety driving test, recruiter interview, and onboarding process.
- Responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
- Interest in traveling and exploring new places.
