Your Job:
As a Senior Content Producer, you will manage, and produce assets to deliver global creative team projects, including video, photography, and animation for a variety of audiences and channels. Your role will be on the Creative Production team within the larger Brooks Brand Creative Studio. You will manage everything from budgeting to on the ground production of creative team led photoshoots.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage creative production projects from start to finish – delivering stellar creative while hitting each milestone on time and on-budget
- Manage complex/high budget projects independently by informing work and owning decisions related to day-to-day work
- Develop and manage video and photo shoot budgets, create production schedules, and secure creative resources for projects
- Partner with the other members of the Creative Team to build concepts, story direction, shot lists, storyboards, scripts, and final deliverables
- Assign individual responsibilities to other producers and enforce accountability of tasks and deadlines while providing feedback and support
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of the production process; identify opportunities and provide recommendations to Management
- Contribute to strategy and implementation of higher-level projects related to planning and budget
- Proactively look at the big picture to identify and solve for needed team improvements and efficiencies; lead execution of projects/solutions as assigned
- Collaborate with internal business partners and manage external vendors (such as production companies, photographers, designers, art directors, stylists, digital techs, Hair + Make-up, line producers, retouch resources etc.)
- Manage the triple bidding process, research shoot locations, award photography vendors and be the “on the ground” Brooks producer for quality control on bi-monthly photo shoots
- Attend, manage, and oversee on-site or remote productions that often occur over multiple days and/or that require travel
- Contribute to a library of location options, talent videos, and video/photography resources for future project use
- Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Develop and model a culture of exceptional service, trust and executional excellence
- Foster and embrace an environment of continued learning and growth
- Mentor current team members, new team members and contract staff – help with onboarding; educate on team processes; and share skills, experience and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in (Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Content/Film Production preferred) OR additional related work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years creative content production and project management experience
- Experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team, preferred
- Experience working with photography and video for a variety of channels such as social, sales, editorial, and retail
- Strong knowledge of best practices for creative development workflow, marketing campaigns, and production
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain rationale in decision making
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or effectively delegate to others as needed
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
- Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
- Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat and expertise with project management software tools and software
- Portfolio that demonstrates a track record of delivering high-quality and creative productions

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $84,210 - $126,367 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
