  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Content/Film Production preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years creative content production and project management experience
  • Experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team, preferred
  • Experience working with photography and video for various channels
  • Strong knowledge of creative development workflow, marketing campaigns, and production

Responsibilities
  • Manage creative production projects from start to finish
  • Develop and manage video and photo shoot budgets
  • Partner with the Creative Team to build concepts and final deliverables
  • Assign responsibilities to other producers and enforce accountability
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of the production process
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and manage external vendors
  • Attend, manage, and oversee on-site or remote productions
  • Nurture positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Mentor team members and share skills and knowledge
