Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience is required.
  • Proven success in a sales executive role with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership and C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial planning through successful deal closure.
  • Ability to articulate the value and benefits of products and services and position them against competitive offerings.
  • Experience developing customer-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal communication, written communication, critical thinking, complex problem-solving, time management, prioritization, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, customer demand, and competitive dynamics to support business growth.
  • Experience contributing to sales planning, forecasting, pricing strategy, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience with consultative selling and account planning, including account profiling, positioning strategies, customer needs analysis, opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-term account management.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect for and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Qualify prospective customers based on company-defined criteria to identify ideal sales opportunities.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition, key differentiators, and competitive advantages to prospects, including C-level executives.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify opportunities for information technology products and service-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Use industry trends, economic insights, and market conditions to develop value propositions that address client business needs.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, provide regular updates to sales leadership, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions.
  • Support complex enterprise networking projects involving network infrastructure, network design, and customized applications.
  • Perform consultative selling, strategic account planning, and account management with a customer-centric approach.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into practical and effective business solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Operations teams throughout pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a pipeline reflecting realistic opportunity values and timelines.
  • Execute activities necessary to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Assist in developing and executing annual sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and gross profit objectives.
  • Support business unit sales initiatives through field sales action plans.
  • Monitor sales volume, product mix, pricing, supply and demand trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments and sales process improvements based on market trends, costs, customer demand, and competitive positioning.
  • Support sales operations through planning, coordination, follow-up, and execution of assigned responsibilities.
  • Represent the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace.
  • Conduct sales activities with professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
  • Recommend improvements to sales methodologies, processes, and procedures based on performance results and market developments.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in telecommunications sales, with exposure to sales leadership responsibilities preferred.
