The Talent Scout Co-op will support the Senior Talent Scout in building a successful operative model for our Scouting function. You will play key part in attracting talent across all functions at SharkNinja and support diversity hiring strategy for the business. This role provides the right candidate an opportunity to learn about talent attraction, learn the tricks of sourcing through different sourcing tools and methods. We are looking for a people-oriented individual who sees excellent candidate experience as a mantra. We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and build strong relationships with candidates and with internal stakeholders.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

Running talent searches to attract talent across multiple business function at SharkNinja
Use a wide variety of sourcing tools, like LinkedIn recruiter and diversity job boards
Conduct Talent Scout screening calls with candidates
Foster a collaborative environment in partnering with Talent Attraction Partners globally
Implement social media strategy to attract talent to SharkNinja

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

Current student majoring in Management (or a business-related field), Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
Strong communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams.
Excellent customer service skills are required.
Ability to shift with changing priorities and stay organized.
Experience working in an office environment.
Interest in Recruitment, HR preferred
