  • Current student majoring in Management (or a business-related field), Human Resources Management, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to shift with changing priorities and stay organized.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Interest in Recruitment, HR preferred
Responsibilities
  • Running talent searches to attract talent across multiple business function at SharkNinja
  • Use a wide variety of sourcing tools, like LinkedIn recruiter and diversity job boards
  • Conduct Talent Scout screening calls with candidates
  • Foster a collaborative environment in partnering with Talent Attraction Partners globally
  • Implement social media strategy to attract talent to SharkNinja
