About the job
- At least three years of experience with core SharePoint 2010/2013 features and functionality.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint site design and configuration, including site structure, navigation design, page design, and permissions/access control administration.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Designer workflow development.
- Solid understanding of InfoPath forms development.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Office Suite functionality with SharePoint.
- Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and diagramming techniques, including Microsoft Visio.
- Familiarity with common corporate business processes in areas such as human resources, finance, legal, and project management.
- Ability to present online and in person.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical staff.
- Ability to compose detailed user and technical documentation describing the design and configuration of a SharePoint solution.
- Conduct requirements and process analysis of corporate automation opportunities.
- Develop solutions in SharePoint and other information systems.
- Advise on and develop software solutions using best practices in information architecture, navigation, and user interface design.
- Document solution development details and maintain solution documentation.
- Consult with SharePoint site administrators and designers on best practices and design choices within their solutions.
- Participate in user adoption and competency efforts among corporate SharePoint users.
- Work with developers and administrators to maximize the value of IT systems within available resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master Page design and/or use of Design Manager in SharePoint 2013.
- SharePoint 2013 workflows.
- Nintex workflow and form development experience.
- Site search optimization.
- Records management features and functionality.
- Visual Studio and C# SharePoint development experience.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint Online features and limitations.
- Web development and design.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with user interface/user experience and information architecture best practices.
- Experience with Agile development practices, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience developing Business Process Model and Notation diagrams for process documentation.
